A simple twist of fate

Coming home from fluid mechanics yesterday, I felt exhausted. Earlier, in class I was informed that the fluids midterm tomorrow was postphoned (from a fellow classmate - I wasn't sure of the credibility of this information). At home, I made myself some perogies - I was in a rush: I needed to eat, study some fluids, and go to folk dance lessons in an hour. After I finished eating, i went to dance lessons - but I felt those perogies in my stomach - and my stomach wanted them out.

Dance lessons had an interesting twist - some PW administration man in a suit informed us that the dance group manager resigned - and he (the man in the suit) appointed the dance instructor as the new group manager. This would have completely fine for me, I didn't know who any of these people are, except the dance instructor. Normally informing people of this doesn't take an hour. In a small room, where all the dancers were cramped like sardines, and I was either crouching, or sitting with my feet at my bum and my thighs in my stomach - making my stomach ever so angry.

I decided to leave dance lessons, after a short trip to the washroom; my stomach was evedently winning the battle against the perogies, as he successfully discarded of some of them. At home, I changed into my pyjamas, and went to sleep - it was 9pm, and I decided to take a chance and believe the fellow classmate. My sleep was interupted periodically by the continual battle going on inside me.

Today, I felt quite weak, and didn't go to class. I really hope there wasn't any midterm.
